I’ve been working on how to lay out the front part of the bus interior. I have been inspired by the ads I’ve seen for the new 2008 Dodge Caravan’s swiveling middle row of seats. Here’s some pics:

Last night we had some fun with the bus. We met some friends and went looking at Christmas lights all together on the bus. It was a total of 9 kids and 4 adults - we had hot chocolate, spiced tea, popcorn, boiled peanuts etc.

I’ve started building a SketchUp model of the exterior for playing with things like paint schemes, roof raising, and window and door placement. It’s more work than the interior model because there are more curves and is harder to measure, etc. Anyway, I’ve made a good start:
